Pizza and Maggi - what's not to like! Ingredients: 2 pkt Maggi Masala with Tastemaker packets ½ cup Flour 2 tsp salt 2 tsp black pepper 2 tsp olive oil ½ cup mozzarella cheese (shredded) 3 tbsp pizza sauce 1 small onion thinly sliced ½ green bell pepper (thinly sliced) ½ red bell pepper (thinly sliced) ½ yellow bell pepper (thinly sliced) 3 tbsp black olives (sliced) Preparation: 1. Bring a pot of water to the boil and cook the Maggi noodles without the Tastemaker 2. Once cooked, drain the water and let the noodles cool slightly 3. Mix the beaten eggs, the Tastemaker and half a teaspoon each of salt and pepper into the noodles 4. Place the noodles into a round mould and leave it to chill and set for about 20 minutes 5. Once set, heat some oil in a pan and cook the round Maggi base until lightly browned 6. Flip and cook on the other side as well 7. Remove the base onto an aluminium foil-lined baking tray 8. Preheat the oven to 180 °C 9. On the Maggi base, spread some pizza sauce and cover the top with mozzarella cheese, onions, bell peppers and black olives 10. Bake the Maggi pizza in the oven for 7-8 minutes until the cheese has melted and browned 11. Garnish with some chiffonade basil and serve 12. Gobble, gobble, gobble!
