Prep Time: 30 minutes Serves : 10-12 pcs Ingredients: Schezwan Maggi 1 tbsp oil ½ cup chopped onions 2 tsp chopped garlic 2 tsp chopped spring onions ¼ cup chopped red peppers ¼ cup chopped capsicum ¼ cup julienned carrots 2 tbsp schezwan sauce 1 pkt Maggi (cooked) Paneer Masala Maggi 2 tbsp oil 200 gm cubed paneer ½ cup chopped onions 2 tsp chopped ginger 2 tsp chopped garlic ½ cup chopped tomatoes ½ tsp chilli powder ¼ tsp turmeric powder ½ tsp coriander powder ½ cup chopped carrots ½ cup green peas 1 pkt Maggi Cheese Maggi 2 tsp oil ½ cup chopped onions 2 tsp chopped garlic 1 chopped green chilli 1 tsp Italian seasoning ½ cup milk ½ cup grated cheese 1 pkt Maggi Egg Maggi 2 tsp oil ½ cup chopped onions 2 tsp chopped garlic 1 chopped green chilli ¼ cup chopped tomatoes 2 whisked eggs 2 tsp chopped coriander For the Maggi 1 pkt Maggi 1.5 cup water 1 pkt Maggi noodle seasoning Method: 1. For the schezwan Maggi, in a wok heat oil & saute the onion garlic & veggies, now add the schezwan sauce & mix well, then add the cooked Maggi & mix well 2. For the paneer Maggi, heat oil in a pan & fry the paneer till golden brown, then add the onions, ginger, garlic & saute for 2 mins, then add the tomatoes & spice powder, season with salt & add the paneer, mix well & add the Maggi, combine well & serve. 3. For the cheese Maggi, heat oil/butter in saucepan, add the onions, garlic & chillies saute for a few mins, then add the Italian seasoning & milk, bring to a boil & add the cheese, once the cheese has melted add the noodles, mix well & serve hot. 4. For the egg, Maggi, heat oil in a kadai, add the onions, garlic, chillies & saute for a few minutes, then add the tomatoes & eggs, mix well add the coriander & noodles, serve hot 5. Gobble! Gobble!
